Our Program | The Customizable Offer

1. Online Training Program: The MindBody Healing Journey​

​

Designed for ease of access and flexibility, accommodating the diverse schedules and locations of your team members, our integrative, online, self-paced 5-hour program is rooted in evidence-based knowledge and methodologies and incorporates the latest research in chronic pain recovery. Led by a physician, Dr. David Schechter, along with Justin Barker, Psy.D. the program focuses on chronic pain understanding, management techniques, and practices.

Price:

$169 per person for the first 20 licenses.

$129 per person after 20 licenses.

2. Weekly Group Coaching (Series of 6)

​

Hosted by Mia Khalil, NLP pain recovery coach, along with Dr. David Schechter, or Justin Barker, Psy.D., our 90-minute group coaching sessions are designed as the perfect complement to our online program. In this collaborative space, ten or less participants have a unique opportunity to ask questions about concepts they’ve learned and how to apply them to their unique situation, connect with people who are going through similar challenges, and find inspiration in the success or strategies of others.

Price:

$ 600 per person ($100 per session) - for 8 people.

$ 450 per person ($75 per session) - for 9+ people.

3. Premiere Consultation Hours (Administered over 12 months)

​

When the online training and group sessions aren’t enough, we offer consultation hours that can be utilized flexibly over 12 months. We will work with your organization to help you determine the number of hours needed, and depending on each case, we will recommend the right practitioner. 

​

Price:

MD: $500 per hour.

Therapist: $350 per hour.

Coach: $250 per hour.

4. Platinum 3-Month Executive Coaching

​

This exclusive program for top executives who suffer from chronic pain includes personalized counseling, coaching, and mentoring for three months, with 3 x 1-hour sessions/month to be delivered over the Zoom platform. This personalized program focuses on the specific needs and challenges of the individual and offers tailored practices, modalities, and techniques. 

​ 

Price: $6,000.

5. Specialized Manager Module

​

Our Manager Module includes four (4) sessions that are specifically designed to educate your managers on understanding chronic pain and its impact in the workplace and to provide them with strategies to support employees effectively.

These interactive sessions are delivered online by Mia Khalil, NLP pain recovery coach, along with Dr. David Schechter, or Justin Barker, Psy.D., and include presentations, group discussions, and Q&A.

Price: $5,000.

6. Weekend Intensive Retreat in Santa Monica

​

Our transformative 3-day weekend retreat is a perfect blend of education, pain recovery exercises and techniques, and guided movement practices and meditation. During this holistic and transformative experience, attendees will benefit from  invaluable face-to-face time with esteemed experts Dr. David Schechter, Mia Khalil, NLP pain recovery coach, and Justin Barker, Psy.D., gaining insights and strategies that can be applied to their unique situation. In addition to the structured program, there will be ample time for attendees to explore and enjoy the vibrant surroundings of Santa Monica.

Price: $4,000, including:

  • Lectures, face-to-face time, and guided practices.

  • 3 simple yet delightful breakfasts to kick-start the morning with energy and focus.

  • 3 buffet-style lunch, featuring a variety of options to cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs, complemented by a selection of refreshing non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Coffee service and afternoon snacks for the 3 days, thoughtfully chosen to provide both taste and nutrition. 

Please note that while this package ensures your culinary needs are met during the day, it does not include dinner or accommodations. This allows you the flexibility to explore local dining options and choose accommodations that best suit your preferences, making your experience both personalized and memorable.
