Pain Assessment
Protocol

Your Detailed Evaluation On our first session, I will follow a thougrough pain assessment protocol to rule out structural pain, and rule in the Mind Body Syndrome. We will review the following: •All your symptoms, diagnosis you've received, and all previous treatments •Current life situation and stressors •Previous major life events •Your expectations and specific goals for the coaching •Your questions or concerns •A list of curated resources relevant to the questions and concerns you bring. By the end of the call, you’ll be super clear on the process. Most importantly, you will feel hopeful and energized about your healing journey.

Coaching Program

Your Unique Situation We will determine together which coaching format works best for you, based on your resources, your needs, and your specific goals. I offer one-off sessions, packages, programs, and maintenance sessions. For those who are interested in Timeline/Breakthrough Therapy, I offer Breakthrough Sessions (BTS). What is a BTS? Get ready to feel energized, inspired, and ready to begin the rest of your life after we release a lifetime of baggage during this intimate and life-changing session. A thorough and unique intervention, the Breakthrough Session is designed to uncover your deepest-level unconscious programming that has been running in your background. We will dig-up the deeper issue, or the seed, that is currently manifesting in most areas of your life. Using Mental and Emotional Release® techniques, based on Timeline Therapy, we clean-up all major negative emotions and limiting beliefs. This process will free up stuck energy, and will empower you with new thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that’ll support and sustain your healing. This deep and effective session lasts between 6 to 8 hours, and sets your framework for effective, powerful, and ongoing transformation.

The language of
Your Pain

Your Blueprint Together, we will uncover the deep roots of your pain, connect the dots between your symptoms and your story, and discuss any change that need to happen in your current situation that is pertpetuating the experience of pain. You will learn to reframe your thoughts, be aware of your thought patterns, and detect subconscious programs - or coping mechanisms - that were developped in childhood and that no longer serve you. You will learn tools to reprogram your subconscious mind and install new circuitry in your brain to enable and foster healing and growth.

Integrative Mind-Body Coaching

Your Therapy In my holistic approach, I include the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical bodies. I am fluent in multiple modalities and will evaluate the most effective tool and technique for you during every session.   • One-off Coaching Sessions: 60-minutes

  • Phobia Release Sessions: 60-minutes

  • 3-months VIP Packages: 12 sessions, including a Breakthrough Session

  • Breakthrough Sessions on one area of life: 6 to 8 hours, conducted over 2 days

  • Mental and Emotional Release® Sessions: 4 hours

  • Group Coaching: 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the number of participants

  • Unlearn Your Pain Program - Developed by Dr Howard Schubiner, MD, with Michael Betzold: 
    3-months program that is facilitated in private or in group

  • Maintenance Sessions: 30-minutes

  • ​The process of healing from chronic pain is unpredictable. Some clients heal after a few sessions, while others need longer.

  • Many of my clients were able to achieve zero-pain within 3 months, with most of them starting to see tangible results after just a few sessions.

  • Others felt well-equipped to continue the journey on their own – having achieved significant reduction in their symptoms and feeling confident in the tools they master. 

  • We will measure your progress weekly to ensure you remain focused and motivated. I will help you address roadblocks and challenges throughout our coaching partnership.

I've Walked  many days in your shoes

I KNOW THE RAW TASTE OF HOPELESSNESS AND HELPLESSNESS WHEN IN THE POWERFUL GRIP OF THE PAIN. 
 

It can be so defeating when you try so many things and nothing works. I remember modifying all my activities, redesigning my workspace, and replacing my mattress and my pillows. I drastically changed my diet to only include plant-based foods. Adopting a Vegan diet restricted me in such a profound way, preventing me from enjoying food. I started practicing Hot Yoga, learned how to swim, booked weekly massages, and visited countless chiropractors and physical therapists. I spent my savings on managing my pain. I remember getting some relief after a cortisone shot in my lower spine, and the painful disappointment when the next one yielded absolutely no results.

THE UPS AND DOWNS WERE DREADFUL. I WAS SCARED TO EVEN CONSIDER A NEW APPROACH. THE FEAR OF THE DISAPPOINTMENT CAUSED SO MUCH SADNESS.

Understanding the Purpose of Pain

The purpose of pain is to protect us

It is important to understand that the pain's main purpose is to distract us from things we're not ready to tackle yet. Whether it is unprocessed emotions we're subconsciously pushing deep under the rug, boundaries we're unable to set and reinforce, or major life changes we're not ready to make yet. The good news is that you don't need to fix all aspects of your life to get rid of your pain.
 

Pain feeds on  fear

The more we fear the pain, the more the pain grows. This is a ruthless vicious circle that is very hard to break alone. There are techniques to help you with reducing the fear and increasing the feelings of safety around your symptoms. Through Pain Reprocessing Therapy, I will guide you to start building a case for your pain, and slowly realize its true nature. 

The brain learns the habit of pain

It has been proven that chronic pain is a learned behavior and uses very well forged neural- pathways. Through Pain Reprocessing Therapy, I will help you reprogram those pathways and create new ones that reinforce wellbeing, thus unlearning the habit of your pain.
