What is a Breakthrough Session (BTS)?

A thorough and unique intervention, a BTS is an intensive coaching or therapy session lasting between 6 to 8 hours over 2 days. The intervention is designed to help individuals uncover and overcome deepest-level unconscious programming, deep-seated emotional blocks, and limiting beliefs that are preventing them from achieving their goals or living their best lives. Breakthrough sessions can be facilitated by a variety of professionals, including coaches, therapists, and counselors, and may be conducted in person, over the phone, or online.


Modalities of a Breakthrough Session

The 23-step session is typically structured around a Detailed Personal History, a series of guided exercises, conversations, and experiential activities, that are designed to help the individual gain clarity, insight, and an amazing sense of empowerment.


The second part of the intervention includes Mental and Emotional Release® techniques, based on Timeline Therapy, designed to clean-up all major negative emotions and limiting beliefs, and connect with their inner wisdom and intuition. This process will free up stuck energy, and will empower individuals with new thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that’ll support and sustain their overall goals and healing.

The goal of a BTS is to help individuals break free from patterns of negative thinking, self-doubt, and self-sabotage that may be holding them back.
